Useful workbook for advanced students of calculus and linear algebra

This book is unique in its niche, as far as I know: While there are plenty of problem books for students taking first-year calculus, this book should provide a challenge to students at a graduate level. To give you a clearer idea of its contents, here is the chapter listing:

I would give this rich collection of problem 5-stars, but for my money I would have appreciated more detailed solutions. Also, the problems often use (standard) terms that the book has not defined, which can make it difficult to understand the problem being defined. A separate reference on each of the topics should be considered prerequisite.
