Very Helpful Book!

I wanted to start being a vegetarian ever since I encountered this organization that advocates about animal welfare. It is not PETA, though I have tried to watch some of the videos of PETA to know more about it. Nonetheless, I’ve been trying to become a vegetarian for a month now, and it is really difficult. Luckily, I find self-help books like this one, which helped me to go vegetarian for a week straight now. I like this particularly because of the recipes it recommend and the 15-days challenge. I like to be challenge and it helped me a lot. I also love trying soya / tofu with different kinds of dishes.

Good insight into vegan diet

I've always been interested in the vegan diet and this book explains all you need to know about the diet and meal plans that are available on it. It includes some great healthy recipes that you can eat on a vegan diet and will definitely help anyone who is looking to adopt this lifestyle make it an easy thing to do. Well worth getting and good for anyone even if you are just wanting to include some more vegan foods into your diet. The only thing I would recommend it having is links to the different recipes.

I was wondering what would vegans be eating all the days, seems there are varieties enough to try. Many recipes listed here are quite interesting to me, though I was wondering about the time taken for most of them. Planning to try out some of them, though first I will have to stock up few things in my kitchen.
