Not an introductory cell bio lab manual

I am teaching an undergraduate cell biology course, and I was quite disappointed to find that some of the experiments require acutely toxic chemicals (such as sodium azide). Some of the experiments use quite technical language. I would not recommend to use for introductory cell biology courses; however, there are not many lab manual options out there. If you're a teacher, I would recommend only using some of the protocols and intermixing it with other labs in other lab manuals. This is a lab manual that would be used in graduate-level classes or research labs.
