Uplifting Assistance

Quotations are nice quick reads. They can be that push you need, that comfort, or virtually anything you need. With that being said, I love the fact that this book can be picked up and put down with ease. Need a boost? Pick a random page, any page, and this book can help. Feeling down? This book can help. Feeling bored? This book is also just generally a fell good book. It also helps me get into a mind set prior to my meditation if I have a racing mind.
No, this book isn't going to do the work for you. It's not going to give you tough love. It's not going to give you long stories. It's not going to push you to do anything. However, it is going to uplift your spirit. It is going to give you some food for thought. It is a book I like reading multiple times, and like the fact that I don't have to read it front to back. The best part? I always feel better after reading a few of these.
